I personally served as the Board Chair for the Carlsbad Educational Foundation, as a Board of Director and Executive Committee Member for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce while also sitting on both the Government Affairs and Education Committees. The proud co-founder and co-chair of the Carlsbad Brewfest which for the last seven years put hundreds of thousands of dollars back into the North County Community via the Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club. Our latest endeavor, through Rotary over the last couple of years is working with a couple caring community groups to Form Bikes for the Barrio, which is focused on delivering bikes to children in need.
Giving back to our communities is not only the right thing to do, it also puts us in a position to forge strong local relationships that are important to all of us at Phillips + Co. This also allows us to have our ears to the ground for our clients so that we may be better positioned to serve their needs.
